The sessions are designed around what is safe for you, at the stage of your pregnancy, and postnatally taking into account any weakness, imbalances or healing any abdominal separation you may have.
No need to find childcare, your little one makes friends while you get to do something for yourself.
Getting back into exercise after baby needs to be specific for a post baby body, it's not just about weight loss. Many hormone and physiological changes happen over a pregnancy and an exercise programme just designed for women isn't enough. To safely get your body back to pre-pregnancy levels you need Sheena as your pregnancy qualified personal trainer.
Sessions held at the Hillcrest Scout hall with plenty of free parking. The venue has toilets, kitchen facilities and heating for the winter so that your little one will be kept comfortable.

Casual attendance $20 per session
