Monday 20th June this group will be all go! It has been great getting to find out each person's individual goals for the next 6 weeks. 6 weeks is not a long time and remember that often our weight has been creeping up over a period of months or even years and although we will make a good head start towards our long term goals in this 6 weeks we are often just starting our journey. It is always pleasing to see clients continue on with their exercise and nutrition after the 6 week challenge and still continuing to see results. I will provide you with the tools and knowledge to allow you to do this. Creating a personalised meal plan takes a lot of time to produce something that is specific to your calorie requirements and meeting your required nutrients and vitamin needs.
