Exercise Session #1

Exercise Session #1 complete!  I bet it would be fair to say that everyone knows all hills within a 30 minute distance north of the gym.  I had great pleasure in introducing the sneaky one that brought us out onto Victoria street!
 
It was great to have a lot of laughs within the group and anyone that says exercise is not fun clearly needs to come to a bootcamp session. 
 
Can't wait for our next session already!

Yes I called Sheena the B word, that hill was bl....y steep. Never thought I would see me jogging, if that is what you can call what I did lol, anyway hope I get better. Thanks to all the group for their encouragement

I really enjoyed last Wednesdays group session. Although I did not like the cycle :((( I did enjoy the rest of the session and boy oh boy did my tummy muscles hurt the next coupla days. I love the menus really enjoying different food combinations. Thanks Sheens for all you are doing.
