Well it's all very exciting, the kg's have been dropping, the centimetres are falling away, energy levels are higher than ever and the faces turning up to bootcamp are now smiling!
I really enjoy this point of the challenge where you see what you have each achieved during the past 4 weeks and kick it up a gear to really push through and reach your personal goals within the 6 week challenge.
Good work to everyone for their past weigh and measure sessions, give it everything in these past two weeks and really set yourself up towards your longer term goals. Remember that it doesn't end at 6 weeks and this is just the start of your journey. It is an option to continue on with my nutrition and exercise services either in a group setting or with one on one appointments.
