Trying New Things

Your body responds well to change, try mixing up your training to see some good results.  I have added swimming into my exercise regime now, not only does it keep my training new and exciting it challenges my body in a new way. 
 
I know many people are more motivated at this time of year with summer coming and weight loss is high on the priority list.  I have been eating well and exercising often and am seeing some good changes.  If you need help getting motivated and staying on track please make contact and I will do my best to help you.
