It's been a while since I've given any updates, not to say I haven't been doing anything, just have been too busy to tell you about it!
Currently I am taking part in the F.A.T. challenge. This is a 6 week Nutrition and Exercise group challenge. I must follow the meal plans and complete the same workouts as everyone else in the group. So this is a big time to say practice what you preach! I'm really enjoying it even though this is only Day 3.
You will see the group training twice per week in the gym with me, and do note our transformations over the 6 weeks as we tone up, increase our strength and reduce our body fat.
This is the last group challenge of the year, the next group challenges will take place in the new year.
