We started the first Nothing to Lose 6 week Nutrition and Exercise challenge this week. These groups are so successful and everyone achieves great results so I am looking forward to it as much as all the participants are. We have our first group exercise session tomorrow and we will start with a fitness test. This will then be repeated in the final week and everyone can monitor not only their weight/fat reductions but also their improvements in fitness.
