The next intake of Nothing to Lose is starting on 9th April. This week I have been taking everyone's starting measures. It is good to see the motivation around why people want to achieve some body fat loss. I can't wait until the end of the 6 weeks when each person looks back and is so excited about their results. This round we have two people taking part from outside of Hamilton, welcome to the Napier and Whakatane clients, it's great to have you as part of the team.
