Ready to Go!

The meal plans , the exercise programmes, and a list of foods to substitute have been sent out.  So now all that is to happen is for the team to follow the plans and me to sit back and wait for the results to come in.  Well that's not entirely true, I now need to get on with writing the meal plans for weeks 2-4.
You will have a re-measure after 2 weeks, 4 weeks, and then at the completion of the 6 weeks.  At the first re-measure I will have a prize for the person who has achieved the greatest percentage change in their centimetre measures.
At this stage I'm still being called Sheena, we will see if I get any name changes once we start the Wednesday exercise sessions, maybe I'll be called "super nice Sheena" by then!!!!

Hi all, I hope everyone had a lovely easter. I started my meal plan yesterday but spent the weekend just gone preparing myself for it. Its only early days now but I am feeling great, I am paying attention to my water intake and ensuring that I consume the right nutrition in responsible portions. The first day of using the meal plan - I am not going to lie but I felt soooo starving!!! But i've found that its more a mind over matter thing and my all time favourite quote is "nothing ever changes if you;re comfortable" so I am going to give this a good go and persevere. My lifestyle change started when I sent a mass text out to all my friends/family that if they want to get on the booze or have some lovely unhealthy food I am officially not participating however, I offered that we could chat over long walks around the lake or by letting me cook them a yummy healthy dinner. The support has been cool. The noted change is more in my thinking process and I hope that the rest follows on from that. Looking forward to Wednesday.... sort of. Is it going to hurt??? :)

Arianna that is brilliant, it's great to see you taking on the challenge in such a positive mindset. Getting your friends and family on board is really important as you can then find who is supportive and who is going to hold you back. I really like the idea of suggesting you go for walks or you cook them dinner. Today is Wednesday.....I'll be nice :)
