The meal plans , the exercise programmes, and a list of foods to substitute have been sent out. So now all that is to happen is for the team to follow the plans and me to sit back and wait for the results to come in. Well that's not entirely true, I now need to get on with writing the meal plans for weeks 2-4. You will have a re-measure after 2 weeks, 4 weeks, and then at the completion of the 6 weeks. At the first re-measure I will have a prize for the person who has achieved the greatest percentage change in their centimetre measures. At this stage I'm still being called Sheena, we will see if I get any name changes once we start the Wednesday exercise sessions, maybe I'll be called "super nice Sheena" by then!!!!
