I have completed my qualification in Nutrition for Fertility, Pregnancy and Lactation and was awarded a high distinction. I passed with 97.7% and am very happy with this result. I am confident that I truly do have the necessary education to help those looking to conceive or those already started on this process. Nutrition planning should come into play preferably 6 months prior to conception, if this is not possible then 3 months is adequate. It takes 3 months for sperm to mature to a stage at which they are capable of fertilising an egg. It therefore makes sense that this sperm has been created in the best environment possible (i.e through the male's diet) and comes into contact with an egg also in the best condition (through the female's diet). If you want to give your child the best start in life, it's never to early to start. Contact me today to book an appointment.
