Congratulations to Nicola Foran who won the latest Nothing to Lose 6 week Challenge! The exciting thing about this particular winner was that she completed the 6 week challenge by distance. Nicola lives in Napier and is proof that with the right attitude, a proven results based nutrition plan, you can achieve results. It's not about being scared of me (even though I can write pretty scary emails!!). The challenge top 3 were: 1st - Nicola Foran lost 11.3% body fat 2nd - Katrina Gray lost 9% body fat 3rd - Marilyn Pilkington lost 7.8% body fat Well done to everyone who took part. The next 6 week group challenge will be the F.A.T. challenge. F.A.T. stands for Food And Training and leads on from this current challenge. Register your interest if you wish to enrol in this next 6 week challenge. Sheena Burnett Nutritionist Fit 4 Consumption Hamilton, New Zealand

So today is Wednesday, and we know what that means! It's our first Nothing to Lose Bootcamp session!!! YAY Tonight I will do a quick fitness test which we will then repeat in week 6 and compare the results over the time of the challenge. We will then venture off outside and fill in our hour session with a range of cardio and body weight exercises. Since it is week 1, everyone can put their fears at rest I will be nice tonight and see where everybody is at, but look out week 2! Don't forget to bring your smartphone and check in on foursquare at bootcamp tonight. See you there, I will be checked in Sheena Burnett Nutritionist Fit 4 Consumption Hamilton, New Zealand

The meal plans , the exercise programmes, and a list of foods to substitute have been sent out. So now all that is to happen is for the team to follow the plans and me to sit back and wait for the results to come in. Well that's not entirely true, I now need to get on with writing the meal plans for weeks 2-4. You will have a re-measure after 2 weeks, 4 weeks, and then at the completion of the 6 weeks. At the first re-measure I will have a prize for the person who has achieved the greatest percentage change in their centimetre measures. At this stage I'm still being called Sheena, we will see if I get any name changes once we start the Wednesday exercise sessions, maybe I'll be called "super nice Sheena" by then!!!! The next intake of Nothing to Lose is starting on 9th April. This week I have been taking everyone's starting measures. It is good to see the motivation around why people want to achieve some body fat loss. I can't wait until the end of the 6 weeks when each person looks back and is so excited about their results. This round we have two people taking part from outside of Hamilton, welcome to the Napier and Whakatane clients, it's great to have you as part of the team. Meal plans will be sent out in time for the weekend so you can do your shopping and start following the plans from Monday 9th April. Congratulations to Aleesha Cliffe for winning the latest Nothing to Lose Challenge. In 6 weeks she lost a total of 16.5cm and had a 24% reduction in her amount of body fat that she had from day 1. This is only one example of the many success stories from this challenge. Another client shared a story of how their clothes are all too big and baggy now after their 18% reduction in body fat. Another mentioned how it hadn't even been difficult to follow the meal plans and the food was really enjoyable and easy to prepare. She has enjoyed it so much and has a plan to continue on. This is great to hear that weight loss can be enjoyable and not always such the daunting task that people think it is. With the right guidance from a nutritionist who can personalise healthy meal plans to you, support you through the process and you have the key to success. In the 6 week challenge we also did a small fitness test in week 1 that was then repeated in week 6, these scores were improved greatly, which was an additional bonus to the benefits of being involved in the Nothing to Lose challenge. Well done to everyone involved and long may your results continue Sheena Fit 4 Consumption Nutritionist Hamilton, New Zealand
