Nothing to Lose Challenge

1 week to go

With only 1 week to go until final measures for the Nothing to Lose Challenge there are going to be some happy people as the results to date have been very impressive. 
 
I've had some great feedback from clients saying they have enjoyed the food in the challenge and are going to continue with the plans even after the challenge.  This is the idea of the challenge that it sets you up to continue on.  Another person told me they never realised how good eating healthy could be and that it hasn't been difficult at all.

2 weeks to go

Well it's all very exciting, the kg's have been dropping, the centimetres are falling away, energy levels are higher than ever and the faces turning up to bootcamp are now smiling!
 
I really enjoy this point of the challenge where you  see what you have each achieved during the past 4 weeks and kick it up a gear to really push through and reach your personal goals within the 6 week challenge.
 
Good work to everyone for their past weigh and measure sessions, give it everything in these past two weeks and really set yourself up towards your longer term goals.  Remember that it doesn't end at 6 weeks and this is just the start of your journey.  It is an option to continue on with my nutrition and exercise services either in a group setting or with one on one appointments.

Weigh In Results

Congratulations to Annette Bettridge for winning the first weigh in prize for the greatest percentage loss of centimetres.
 
Everyone in the group did really well and many said they felt they had lost but didn't want to get too excited incase they hadn't really.  But believe it, because it is true you all did really well!!
 
The next remeasure in a fortnight there will be a prize for the person with the greatest percentage loss in kg's of body fat.  Good Luck to you all and enjoy your results so far.

Exercise Session #1

Exercise Session #1 complete!  I bet it would be fair to say that everyone knows all hills within a 30 minute distance north of the gym.  I had great pleasure in introducing the sneaky one that brought us out onto Victoria street!
 
It was great to have a lot of laughs within the group and anyone that says exercise is not fun clearly needs to come to a bootcamp session. 
 
Can't wait for our next session already!

Start Date 20th June

Monday 20th June this group will be all go!  It has been great getting to find out each person's individual goals for the next 6 weeks.  6 weeks is not a long time and remember that often our weight has been creeping up over a period of months or even years and although we will make a good head start towards our long term goals in this 6 weeks we are often just starting our journey.
 
It is always pleasing to see clients continue on with their exercise and nutrition after the 6 week challenge and still continuing to see results.  I will provide you with the tools and knowledge to allow you to do this. 
 
Creating a personalised meal plan takes a lot of time to produce something that is specific to your calorie requirements and meeting your required nutrients and vitamin needs.  I look forward to sending your meal plans to you soon.

Nothing to Lose

The next 6 week Nothing to Lose challenge is about to get underway!  This is a very exciting time for those involved as they are excited about getting started and seeing some much desired rewards.  I find it most rewarding to work with this group of people as any success and happiness that my clients get from the result of this group makes me proud of them and so glad I could help them.
 
I do believe that Nutrition is about "eating life from a plate" as what we eat affects so much of our daily lives from our mood to our digestion to our body size, to our health.  All of these things combined make up what our life is.  It is up to you what you choose to put on your plate for life and with the Nothing to Lose challenge I will show you how to fill that plate with all the best things in life.  But the food in these meal plans are so tasty that you will not feel like you are being restricted and your taste buds are also kept very happy. 
 
I look forward to seeing the progress of the individuals in this latest group and watching everyone EATING LIFE FROM A PLATE!
